How information is handled when you use this website and its connected booking service.

Website enquiries

This website does not ask you to submit clinical information. If you contact East Lothian Physiotherapy by telephone or email, only provide the information needed for the clinic to respond to your enquiry.

Appointments and patient records

Online booking and patient records are handled through WriteUpp, a separate practice-management service. Information submitted within WriteUpp is processed according to the clinic’s patient privacy arrangements and WriteUpp’s applicable privacy information.
